I opened the APP store and searched for my banking app. The screen showed the circle going round and the word "loading." The screen then showed the app, but I did not see a button or icon to press in order to download it to my phone. I've had this app loaded onto my phone by someone at the bank; but a recent update to my phone removed it along with facebook and a golf app loaded onto my phone by someone else; I've never downloaded anything myself.

I really need help in laymen's terms.

    1. Locate the "App Store" app on your iOS device.
    2. Tap on it.
    3. Select the "Search" option at the bottom of the screen.
    4. In the search field at the top, enter the name of your banking app and then tap on the blue "Search" box at the bottom right corner.
    5. After the banking app has been located, there should be at icon depicting a cloud with an arrow point downward.
    6. Tap on that icon to install the banking app.

    Welcome to iMore

Can you tell us what version of iOS is running on your phone (Settings > General > About)? Which iPhone do you have?
