Can someone look at my bill or any bill and see how many times a text message was sent to someone using an android instead of an iphone? does it make any difference either way?

Yes, it's different. If you send a message from iPhone to iPhone and you have iMessaging turned on this is an iMessage, not a traditional text message (SMS). I don't believe iMessages will appear on your cellular bill at all. Any text you send to an Android from an iPhone is a traditional text (SMS) message and WILL be on your bill.

SMS will incur possible charges unless you have a text plan with your carrier. I have unlimited SMS with Verizon. Check with your carrier.
