There is a questionable photo on my iPhone and on my Mac. It does not appear on my husband's phone. Could it be a virus of some sort? I have kids on this stream! We have one apple ID and cloud sharing for our photos.

Welcome to iMore! It's not a virus. You both need your own Apple ID. You will run into problems sharing the same Apple ID. You can share the same iTunes ID so you can share the iTunes purchases. But iCloud, iMessage and Facetime ID's should be your own. I'm guessing one of you uploaded the photo by mistake.
