Problem with iCloud

It's been two weeks that may iPhone have problems with iCloud backup, i have the same problem few months ago and I resolved but I don't remember how... I do everything right: I'm on Wi Fi, my phone it's locked and it's charging . But it doesn't work.

Try resetting the network settings, then initiate a manual iCloud backup.

I try that yesterday but it didn't work. Still I'm going to try after.

Try late at night or real early in the morning. There less server traffic then.
And reboot your wifi modem/ Router.
