Why won't my 6 plus App Store finish updating 8 and counting apps?

I press update all and they just circle around. Then later I look and the circle is still there but not updated. I also tried one on one ... No luck either.

I had the same issue, i got it resolved after signing out of appstore and reconnecting to it after a quick reboot. And also make sure your wifi is quick and well connected.
