How many gb. these ios 9.2. need to install? I cant install my ios 9.2

I was using an iPad mini. I want to install the update of the latest version of ios 9.2.1 on my iPad mini. But i cant install.. I have a total free space of 4.0 GB

Not sure of the size of 9.2, but its certainly not even close to 4 GB's. There's something else going on there that's preventing the download. Can you provide the exact error message when trying to install?

The message is always storage almost full. Even though i have 4.1 GB free space.

Welcome to iMore! If you're getting a "not enough storage" message your best bet is to use iTunes to install the update.

You won't be able to now that iOS 9.3.1 is out... Apple quit signing anything before 9.3 shortly after 9.3 was released.

You need to free up more storage or, as I previously suggested, update through iTunes.
