So I had my iPhone 6s Plus replaced on the last day of the return period from T-Mobile (the last day of 14 day return window) they said they would send me a new one (by the way the first one was defective) they sent me a new one but I don't know if it is refurbished or not I checked the serial number on apples website and it said I have the one year warranty from the day I went and got the order placed for a new one so does that mean it's brand new because it did come with the plastic wrapping around the phone like when I first got it before. Thanks for any help

It will be impossible to know. It is up to Apple whether you get new or refurb. And a refurb should carry the same warranty as a new one and be every bit as good as a new one.

Then I would say just enjoy it. You have warranty should anything happen.
