How can I disable an I pad from my apple account?

I have an I pad that I gave away and am wondering if they have access to my sync'd stuff off the cloud? Please Help!

If you've logged out of iCloud and every other account you may have had configured on your device then the answer is no. If you're unsure, logon to the iCloud website via a web browser and then remotely wipe the device, if it still shows up as one of your devices.
