My battery life has been great on my watch - but the last 2 days, it has a low battery warning by 5 each day. Why

I don't know. I've had my Watch for almost a year and my battery life is as superb as its been from the day I got it. Having said that, you might want to make a Genius Bar appointment with the nearest Apple Store to have them diagnose the problem.

You shouldn't be seeing battery degradation like that so soon. @Just_Me_D was spot on; take your watch to an Apple Store or contact Apple Support.
