The article on iOS naming was fascinating to me but how does somebody find the code name?

I'm assuming you're referring to the iMore Blog article found via the following link.

    iOS version code-names | iMore

If so, you can find them by going to the Wiki page. The article did state "They're not meant for the public but, once a version of iOS goes public, they're not hard to find."
