Why are apps not downloading? There is a blue square in a blue circle beside them.

When I click it the blue circle/square turns to the cloud with the download arrow. They say loading....

Then let the apps load. Depending on your internet connectivity and/or Apple's servers, it may take a moment or two for the download/install to begin. Be patient.
