Can you Subscribe to a Story?

Well with those comps going around here on imore I want to be able to follow them easily. Is there a way to sort of subscribe to a story like you can a forum or topic?

Well when you are on the app for imore there are a few sections such as forums (which is this) and story and a few more. One story for example was the posting of imore giving away an Apple Watch and the stand with Apple comp where you can win an iPhone 6
