how could i activate my ipad2 without an apple id?

my ipad2 was disabled and i was able to enabled it after few days of searching the ways how to do it. but another problem arise as i enter my apple id and password it cannot be used to activate my ipad. How could i activate it without using an apple id. Please help me.. Thank you very much

I'm *assuming* the device is blacklisted and/or is protected with the iCloud Activation Lock, and therefore, you may not be able to activate it.
