Apple Music not working

I pay per month for Apple Music (10.99) but iTunes still says I have to pay for the song when it usually just downloads?

Welcome to iMore! Are you sure you're not finding through iTunes Store instead of through Apple Music? Are you sure you're signed in using the same Apple ID as your Apple Music subscription?
If you're confused by this let me know and I'll post more specific instructions in a bit. I'm not at my MacBook right now to open up iTunes.
