My iPhone 5s is 8 days old.. I have not dropped it, the body is casing is firm.. But sometimes other then the clicking sound from keyboard I here a low click from touching screen and home button. It's kind of like if you're an old android user or have used and android you'll know what I mean ... When clicking on apps on an android you here navigation sound. The sound comes and goes.... I've done a factory reset .. Is this normal?

My other ? Is Touch ID is it safe? Will it lock me out ? I'm afraid to use it

Welcome to iMore. The clicking sound from the home button is normal. Every iPhone I have ever owned has done it. Never heard any noise from my screens, but I turn my keyboard click sound off. My suggestion is to keep an eye on it, and if it gets worse, make a Genius appointment to take it in and have it looked at. As for touch ID, perfectly safe and works beautiful. Even if it fails after 3 attempts, you can still enter your passcode. You have nothing to worry about with touch ID.

TouchID is phenomenal. You HAVE to use it. Well, you don't have to but you should.

You'll love it. I think it is one of the best features on the newer iPhones. Set it up with a few of your fingers. Mine is set with my index finger and thumb on both hands. I even have it set up for my password app so I do not have to type in my long password all the time.
