Welcome to iMore! Start by resetting your device by holding the power button and home button down simultaneously until you see the Apple boot logo.
If that doesn't work go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Be aware you will have to re-enter any previously saved wifi passwords.
If, after all of that, you're still having problems let us know.
