my iphone 5s is not getting started where as it shows charge and apple logo when i insert the power cable. it shows itunes logo when i hold home button key but can't able to turn it on

Welcome to iMore! Have you tried booting into recovery mode and restoring through iTunes? It sounds like you're already booting into recovery when you hold the home button down while turning on your phone but if you're not doing anything else at that point it isn't going to get you anywhere.

i would try holding down the home button and the power button for 15 seconds.
