I Deopped My Phone The Other Day Which Left A Crack In My Screen And Lines Through My Screen, Then My Screen Completely Blacked Out. Now My Phone Is On But My Screen Doesn't Come On At All, My Phone Doesn't Vibrate When I Get A Call Or Text, My Charger Port Keep Going In And Out (Not My Charger Cord But The Actual Charger Part Of My Phone), Siri Doesn't Work When I Try Using My Earphones, And When I Flip The Switch To Put It On Silent Mode The Vibration Is Really Delayed. So Can I Just Take It To An IPhone Repair Shop Or Do I Just Need A New Phone?

Welcome to iMore! Given all of the problems you're experiencing with your iPhone I doubt that it's going to be a simple screen replacement. You can bring it into an Apple Store or contact Apple Support but it's probably time for a new phone.

Sounds like the LCD panel went out or the ribbon. I'd replace the whole thing. Or as devilish banker said, take it to 

Another vote for taking it to an Apple Store if possible. What version phone is it? Might need an upgrade anyway.
