My iPhone 5s is not vibrating

My iPhone 5s is not vibrating all settings are ok and when I restart my iPhone then it vibrates ones only then it same like before no vibrate so issue with vibrate assembly or other and if this fault of assembly then give me screw driver name that I need For replacing assembly thanks

Do one or both of the following:

1. Enable the mute switch on the side of the device.
2. Go to Settings→ Sounds, and then enable the toggle next to both "Vibrate on Ring" and "Vibrate on Silent".
