How I can find billing info

I move oversee . Try to change my payment method and iTunes try to charge me some payment 14 times ..... End up locking my card when I can see some invoices to figure out what is going on

Welcome to iMore. My suggestion would be to call Apple directly. If you are seeing charges you did not make or had your card locked, only Apple will be able to help you.
