How to retrieve password if you no longer have the associated email account?

I am trying to log into my account, but do not remember the password. The email address associated with the account is no longer valid and I did not answer security questions when I set up the account. I have created a new account with my current email address, but my iPhone defaults to the old account for which I do not have the password.

Any help is appreciated!
