What is the best method to easily share photos between two iCloud accounts?

Simple question.... my wife and I both use iCloud photo library for our pictures. My account is used for the "central" account where we consolidate photos taken on each of our phones and create albums.

How can I **easily** get photos from my wife's phone/account onto my phone en masse?

Create a 'Shared Album' from your account, invite your wife and also set the permission so others (your wife) can add Photos

That's what we're currently doing, but it requires my wife to "share" the pictures. We want to be able to get to one another's pictures on demand.
