can't get to music library

i have the 6s upgraded my OS to the latest and now i can't get to my music library. when i click my music app i get a page with a girl with headphones that is it. never goes away

You should be able to see the words "Go to My Music" under the lady and under "Join Apple Music" Click on Go to My Music and you will be good.
