Where is the camera shutter sound on the iPhone 6s Plus?

Some have said there is no shutter sound only on first picture taken but all other photos do have shutter sound. Not true in my case. No shutter sound at all

1. Initiate the native Camera app.
2. At the top of the screen, tap on the middle icon (the one between HDR and the timer) to change the color from yellow to white.
3. Now take a photo. You should now be able to hear the shutter sound.

The check the following:

1. Volume buttons
2. Mute switch
3. Do Not Disturb
