    I've read the forums and tried the restarts and all. Still no location services on my watch. 2 for 1 also only receive about 25% of notifications on my watch.

    Welcome to iMore! You could very well have a defective device but, assuming you haven't done anything that would void your warranty, you're still covered. My advice: contact Apple Support or bring your watch into an Apple Store.
