    I was trying to move some videos from my laptop to iPod touch 2g (MB531LL model) .
    The first video I tried to move was able to play on my iPod using iFiles .
    Then I tried another movie to my iPod with almost similar specs but I was unable to play it in iFile .

    Video 1 (playable) specs: Video 2(not-playable):
    Format:mp4 Format:mp4

    Video: Video:
    Dimensions : 640 x 480 640 x 480
    Codec: H.264 H.264
    Framerate: 24 fps 30 fps
    Bitrate: 200kbps 153 kbps

    Audio: Audio:
    Codec: MPEG-4 AAC MPEG-4 AAC
    Channels: Stereo Stereo
    Sample rate : 48000 Hz 48000 Hz
    Bitrate : 39 kbps 64 kbps

    I think your device is not supporting the video format, convert it and try again.
