Change time on iPhone

Is there a way to change the time on the iPhone undetected, i.e. no digital trail of the change?

Welcome to iMore! You can go to Settings > General > Date & Time, then toggle off Set Automatically and change it to whatever you want. I'm not an iOS programmer so I can't tell you what digital trail it leaves but I can imagine it would be very difficult to figure that out anyway.

Echoing the sentiment that I don't think any real trail is kept of time changes like that....
