    So... I often have to go to a particular Settings page to adjust something. The path to this page is...

    Settings -> General -> Accessibility -> Hearing Aids -> Devices

    Sometimes, I need to do this fairly quickly, while i'm receiving a call on the iPhone.

    Can I place an icon on my Home Screen that takes me right to this?

    You can use the widget app called Launcher. Add the widget to take you direct to Accessibility. That's as far as you can go.
    I tap the one I labeled "access"
