Best way to keep iPad Mini warm when working in very cold weather

I will be working outside in possibly -10 degrees - how is best
to keep my iPad warm and functioning - it is in a strong rubber
case at the moment

You could buy a padded zipper case to keep it in while its idling along with a hand warmer pouch in an outside zip pocket

Apple lists the normal temperature operating range for the iPad as 32? ? 95? F. While using the device below the freezing point may cause the screen to lag a bit, it will still function.
