How Can I recover lost levels in game on IPad.

Had to reinstall my iPad. Before it was iOS 7.0.1. Now it's 9.0.2. I had 2 games from AppStore, both connected to Facebook. I want my games back to the level they whereabouts before.

If the games do not have a built-in cloud saving feature then unless you created an iTunes or iCloud backup containing the saved level, consider them lost.
