For some reason some of my widgets I have in my Notification Center (like Fantastical) seem to get cut off at the bottom. Anyone else experiencing the same with their iPhone 6S running iOS 9.2?

If you already tried a hard reset, then try Reset All Settings.
    Reset All Settings
Go to Settings >General >Reset >Reset All Settings. This resets to default everything in Settings, including notifications, alerts, brightness, and clock settings like wake up alarms.
If it doesn't work, you may need to restore your phone as new. Not from a back up.

everything is fine after I reboot but, prefer not to have to resort to that all the time
