I have a question about Netflix since I've never subscribed to it before. if you are watching a original TV series series that comes on starting February 26 & i'll probably be at work are the TV shows made archived immediately after they are shown

Yes they are. The whole season will be grouped together. Netfix is very simple to use. You can just add them to your "My List" for viewing at a later time.
