Welcome to iMore! Did it work before and just recently stop? You might want to try resetting your iPad by hold down the power and home buttons until you see the Apple boot logo. Aside from trying that and possibly restoring your device, there isn't much else that you can do. When I'm having issues with a particular app that I can't fix I usually search for it App Store and read the reviews. If others are reporting the same issue it's usually a problem with the app itself and you just have to wait for the developer to fix the bug and push out an update.
