Can I set up Sound Profiles with the iPhone?

Coming from Android I was able to set up sound profiles, after set up I was able to turn off all notifications and calls other than selected contacts with one button. I have looked all over without result. Can this be done with an iPhone 6s? I want to receive my selected notifications but not everything else.

Not exactly. The closest you'll get natively will be via the Do Not Disturb feature.
