Upload photo from iphone 5 to a website as a jpeg???

I am trying to upload a photo from my iphone 5 directly to a website but it keeps rejecting it stating it needs to be sent as a jpeg and I have no idea how to do this...all help gratefully received

Save the photo to your computer, export the .png pic to .jpg and then upload it to the website.
