get rid of a persons email address

I have a persons email address in my icloud email on my laptop. It auto appears when I am tryping in a similiar address. I wish to remove this address so it never comes up .. how can I do that? This email address is not in any of my address books but I may have used it once on icloud to send this person an email. I want it out of my icloud application.

Go to Settings → Mail, Contacts, Calendars and then disable the toggle next to "Contacts Found in Mail".
