    I used to be able to see the content of a file loaded on a closed Facebook group I am a member of, now for some reason I can open the file but it doesn't show any information..... If I open it on a laptop I can access information and it's fine, so I don't think it is the file, there's something changed on my phone that won't let me view it. How can I fix this issue, please - Thanks, Lisa
