Problem with iTunes

I can't open iTunes on my iPhone 6. I can enter and download from app store but when i want to listen music or if I try to open iTunes it just won't open. If I click on icons iTunes it's just open iTunes U and nothing else.
Pleas I need a help.

Strange. I'm not having issues. What version of iOS? Have you tried a reboot?

Did the hard reset (reboot) work? If not, try Reset All Settings.
Reset All Settings
Go to Settings >General >Reset >Reset All Settings. This resets to default everything in Settings, including notifications, alerts, brightness, and clock settings like wake up alarms.
That don't work, you may need to restore as new.

Can you show a screenshot of what it does when you launch the iTunes Store app?
It makes no sense that you get iTunes U when you launch the iTunes Store app.

1. Are you logged in to the iTunes Store?
2. It may be a signal issue. Do you have a strong wifi /cellular signal?
3. Try a reboot again. A hard reset.
Hold the top or side power/sleep button and the home button at the same time until the Apple logo appears, then release.
Sometimes it takes more than once.
