My phone alarm keeps going off and no alarms are set

I would just reboot my phone hold down power button and home button at the same time until it shuts off in seconds the apple icon will appear

Welcome to iMore! Are you sure that it's an alarm that's going off and not a reminder or calendar event? It's odd that it keeps happening. Also make sure that you don't have any third party alarm clock apps installed.
