    The phone will not turn back to its regular screen. I cannot use my phone. I was trying to down load some music but on my phone screen it turn black with the itune with an arrow and cord. I cannot use me phone. what can I do to get my phone working?

    Connect the iPhone to your computer, initiate the computer's iTunes app and then select to restore it.
