i bought new on i phone 5s ebay but won't charge.

I do all necessary step that to charge but nothing happen it won't charge totally black I didn't see any sign of charging.

Have you tried resetting it??

If you haven't, you just need to press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo comes up on the screen

Welcome to iMore! It sounds like you either have a broken iPhone or a bad charger. Try using another charger (borrow one from somebody) and give it a few minutes before checking for signs of life. If you're still seeing nothing but a black screen contact whomever sold you the phone.
