When I reset my ipad does it allow m to setup the ipad for a different user

I just got a new ipad pro and want to give my ipad air 2 to my wife how do I not this and get a Apple I'd for my wife

Welcome to iMore! To restore to factory settings go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Content and Settings. Once your iPad Air 2 restarts and the Welcome screen is showing it will allow you to set up a new Apple ID for your wife.
