My iPAd 2 screen keeps freezing when I am using Safari.

This freezing occurs when I am browsing the internet on sites such as CNN or other major news websites. I have completed all updates.

Welcome to iMore! It could be an issue with the web site trying to load too much content (flash, java, etc.) or just be that your iPad 2 is an old device and just doesn't work as well as it used to. You can try clearing your browser history by opening history and tapping on Clear in the upper right hand corner. All of the major news providers out there offer iOS apps as well and I recommend using them over Safari.
