How can I retrieve lost info on notes on iPad?

Retrieve lost info on notes on iPad

Hi can anyone please help? I had lots of info on notes on my iPad. I 'selected all' to then 'copy' and 'paste' into an email but pressed 'paste' in stead and it all disappeared.

Is there anything I can do to retrieve it?

If they are not backed up somewhere, they're gone.

Also, next time you can safely copy or send direct to email this way.
Tap the share arrow in the upper right corner.

Select either Mail or copy.
