Can't login into itunes or icloud acc

I reset my pasword several times and i can't still log in to icloud or itunes account.If anyone knows what is the problem please help me :/

Do you use the same login for both? You can reset the password by going to My Apple ID and go from there. There's an option there to reset your password there.
