    Just got the 6plus last night. I can barely hear person called and when I put it on speaker they cannot hear me at all. How can I fix this?

    Welcome to iMore! Make sure there's no plastic cellophane wrap covering the microphone and the speakers. Then make sure a case is not coveting the microphone. Then make sure the volume is turned all the way up and the ringer switch turned on.
