Turn OFF THE CLOUD on 2 yr old iPad? RESPONSE>>>>>>>

I do not understand your questions.....Damn Cloud/icloud what ever is screwing with wifes ipad. will not let her access her email accounts/not accepting pass words etc.

I gave wife iPad 2 years ago. Great and she is happy till around month ago.
For some reason the cloud wants to update constantly. She CANNOT access 2 email accounts.
These accounts are 1 27 yrs old and 2nd is 14 yrs old. SAME PASS WORDS FOR ALL THIS TIME.
My wife of 35 yrs is a KISS no tech person and this "cloud" issue has cause arguments and stress to my love.
I did the setting route, but when getting to final step, wheel will not stop. left the ipad in open / on mode and got up the next morning wheel still turning.
All of this started about a month ago and she has reach her limit and so have I.
Sorry to say I am not much more tech but my original problems with apple "SH>>" in years past is exactly why I do not own a single apple product.
I MUST HAVE THIS FIXED BEFORE GRAND MAW HAS A MELT DOWN.
I need the harmony restored to my home.

If you refer to iCloud, I'm not sure what is going on. Try signing out of iCloud. You will need the Apple ID and password. Then sign back in.
