is there a simple wifi activation app for ipad?

My senior mom frequently messes up the wifi. What I need is a simple app that turns off airplane mode and turns on wifi. No clicking , no buttons , nothing but just starting the app would be ideal. Optionally the display can show the SSID it is connected to or NO CONNECTION. The SETTINGS app is too busy (too much info on that page for her).

Is there a simple app out there? Thanks

The closest you're going to get is to slide up the control center and tap the airplane picture.
