Why is my iphone 5s earpiece not working?

My earpiece speaker is not working.. I even replaced it for a new one and its still not working?

Welcome to iMore! Did you replace it yourself or did you have it replaced at a repair shop? I'm wondering if the new earpiece is bad or not installed correctly.

Since you replaced it once more than likely because of being blown I would check ALL volume controls and the silent switch as well. You never know and if not that you might have another blown spkr.
