Welcome to iMore! Please elaborate on "not working". Is it not turning on, or not getting past the Apple logo at startup? Is it freezing up on you? There are a couple of things you can try depending on what issue you're having:
1. Perform a soft reset but holding the power button and home button down simultaneously until you see the Apple boot logo. See if your iPad works at that point.
2. Put your iPad into DFU mode (how-to article) and restore using iTunes.
